dormakaba steigert Umsatz und Profitabilität - Live-Webcast der dormakaba Analysten-Konferenz

Im ersten gemeinsamen Geschäftsjahr steigerte dorma+kaba den konsolidierten Umsatz auf Pro-forma-Basis währungsbereinigt um 2.6% auf CHF 2‘302.6 Mio.

Ein smarter Schritt für smarte Zutrittslösungen

Am 1. September 2015 ist durch den Zusammenschluss zweier starker Unternehmen die neue dorma+kaba Gruppe entstanden. Die Gruppe hat in den ersten Monaten des Geschäftsjahres 2015/2016 erste Erfolge in der Neuaufstellung des kombinierten Unternehmens erzielt und schliesst den Berichtszeitraum mit guten Ergebnissen ab. Der konsolidierte Umsatz konnte im Berichtszeitraum auf einer Pro-forma-Basis zu konstanten Wechselkursen um 2.6% gesteigert werden und erreichte CHF 1135.5 Mio. (ausgewiesen CHF 947.6 Mio.). Das organische Umsatzwachstum lag bei 1.8%, Akquisitionseffekte haben 0.8% zum Umsatzwachstum beigetragen.

Almost 10.000 athletes and amateurs participated in the 18 events organized by Silca Ultralite in 2015. This was a record year for Silca Ultralite Vittorio Veneto e Atletica Silca Conegliano, both in terms of events organized (athletics meetings, cross runs, duathlon and triathlon races) and in terms of agonistic results (national convocations, European competitions and medals won).

Silca S.p.A., worldwide renowned manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines and automotive solutions, has long operated in favour of sustainability. The company is Iso9001:2008 and IsoTS 16949:2009 certified, and has recently obtained the Iso 14001:04 certificate for the Environmental Management System.

Die dorma+kaba Gruppe führt heute in Zürich den ersten dorma+kaba CTO-Dialog durch. Nebst einem Update zu den laufenden Innovations-Aktivitäten fokussiert dorma+kaba Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Andreas Häberli in seiner Präsentation auf eine Internet-basierte Zutrittslösung, welche die dorma+kaba Gruppe unter dem Namen exivo erstmals an der Fachmesse „Sicherheit“ in Zürich vorstellt.

One of the largest multinationals operating within the security industry is the Kaba group. Key Systems, segment of Kaba, is the first worlwide manufacturer of automotive solutions, vehicle key programming devices, keys for diverse uses and key cutting machines. The Silca factory based in Vittorio Veneto is one of the flagship sites of the group.

Die dorma+kaba Gruppe kann den Verkauf ihrer AutoTime-Software sowie die dazu gehörenden Aktivitäten an das in Chelmsford MA (USA) ansässige Unternehmen Kronos Incorporated vollziehen, nachdem alle formellen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind.

Die Kaba Gruppe schliesst das Geschäftsjahr 2014/2015 mit überaus guten Ergebnissen ab. Der konsolidierte Umsatz konnte um 8.1% gesteigert werden und lag mit CHF 1085.2 Mio. erneut bei über einer Milliarde.

Die Ende April 2015 angekündigte Zusammenführung der beiden Unternehmen Dorma und Kaba zur dorma+kaba wurde am 1. September 2015 vollzogen.
